What This Is

This is a women’s gathering on Mount Shasta.

We come together for three days and nights of sweat lodge, cold immersion, fire, prayer, movement, and stillness.

There is no performance here.

No expectation to be anything other than what you are.

The Mountain holds the rest.

The Experience

The fire is lit as the sun drops behind the ridge.

Drums begin low… steady… like a second heartbeat.

The lodge waits.

The stones are already breathing.

Steam rises.

Prayers rise with it.

And above it all—

the full moon rises over the Mountain,

casting everything in silver light.

Later, under that same sky, you step into water that takes your breath—

and gives it back different.

Nights fill with song, silence, laughter, release.

Days move slowly…

tea in hand, bare feet on the earth,

your body remembering how to soften… and how to stand.

Who This Is for

This gathering is for women who feel drawn to the Mountain.

You don’t need to know why.

You don’t need experience with ceremony.

Just a willingness to show up as you are.

If something in you is leaning in… trust that.

About

I was raised on this Mountain.

I learned these ways from those who lived them—through ceremony, through the land, through experience.

My path has been shaped by loss, by fire, and by returning.

This space is not something I created.

It’s something I carry.

Invitation

If you’re feeling the pull…

come dance with us on the Mountain.

Come be held by the fire, the water, the land—

and by a circle of women walking their own return.

Space is limited.
